Where We Work

We're one operator, so where we can get to in a day decides what we can take on. The towns below are the ones we actually work in, not a list of everywhere within two hours of here.

There's no travel charge on a full roof anywhere on this list. For a small repair at the far end of it, the drive stops making sense, and we would rather tell you that on the phone than pad a quote to cover it.

Corowa
Home base. Same day look most weeks.
Ten minutes. No travel charge.
Albury
Lavington and Thurgoona included.
Forty minutes. No travel charge on a full job.
Wodonga
Baranduda and Leneva included.
Forty five minutes. No travel charge on a full job.
Yarrawonga and Mulwala
Lake houses and absentee owners.
An hour. Worth it for a full job, and we'll tell you honestly if it isn't.
Wangaratta
Retirement village and rental work.
An hour and ten. We're over there regularly.
Bethanga and Lake Hume

An hour. Full jobs only, realistically.
Benalla
Newest area on the list.
An hour and a half. Full jobs.

How the travel works

No travel charge on a full roof
A restoration or a repaint anywhere on this list is priced the same whether it's in Corowa or in Benalla. The drive is our problem, not a line on your quote.
Small repairs at the far end
One cracked tile ninety minutes away doesn't add up, and we would rather say so than take it and pad the price. Ring anyway. Often there's more to do than you think, and sometimes we're out that way already.
Just outside the list
The map is where we work regularly, not a fence. If you're a bit past the edge of it, ring and ask. The answer depends on the job and on what else we've on that week.

Both sides of the border, which matters more than it sounds. A lot of trades work one state and stop at the bridge. Living in Corowa means Albury and Wodonga are both twenty minutes apart from each other and both normal working days for us.
