Wodonga is where a lot of our rebedding and repointing work comes from. The housing stock through the middle of town is the right age for it, and the pointing on a concrete tile roof gives out somewhere around the thirty year mark whether anyone has looked at it or not.
Baranduda and Leneva are newer and more exposed, sitting up off the flat, which means more wind on the ridge caps and more of the weather that pulls them apart.

The core of our work here. Capping off, rebedded, repointed with a flexible pointing rather than the old cement, then the valleys cleared out.
Exposed ridges at Baranduda and Leneva
Higher and windier. Ridge caps loosen faster up there, and it's worth checking after a big blow rather than waiting for the ceiling to tell you.
Colorbond on newer builds
Recoating rather than restoring. Wash, treat the rust at the fixings, prime, two coats.
