Cannot remember when I last employed a tradesman so committed to perfection. His pride in his work shows. Cannot recomend him enough.

Storm and leaks
Storm damage and leak repairs, with a quote for your insurer
Ring first. Then take photos. We'll get up there, find the damage and make it safe, and you get a quote you can give your insurer.
December 2025 put a lot of roofs around here in a bad way, and we spent weeks on them. What we learned is that the people who came out of it best were not the ones who rang fastest. They were the ones who photographed everything before they cleaned up.
We're roofers, not insurance advisers. We don't lodge claims and we can't tell you what your policy covers. What we do is get up there, find the damage, make it safe, and give you a quote you can pass on with your claim.
What to do tonight
- 1
Make it safe, don't make it tidy
Move what's under the leak. If the ceiling is bulging with water, pierce it in one spot so it drains rather than collapses. Stay off the roof.
- 2
Photograph before you clean
Inside and outside, wide shots and close ups, and the debris before you move it. This is the evidence and it only exists once.
- 3
Ring your insurer
Report it and ask what your policy says about make safe work. Get the claim number.
- 4
Ring us
We'll tell you honestly when we can get there. If it needs a tarp tonight and we can't make it, we'll say so rather than leave you waiting.
Storm damage, Corowa, December 2025
The rest of it, in detail
Roof leak repair
The stain on your ceiling is almost never directly under the hole. Finding the real entry point is most of the job.
A quote for your insurance claim
We come out, find the damage and make it safe, and you get a quote to give your insurer. You lodge the claim. Your insurer decides.
Is storm damage to your roof covered by home insurance?
Usually yes, if it was sudden. Usually no, if the insurer decides the roof was already failing. Here is where the line sits.
Emergency make safe and tarping
If it's open to the weather, the first job is stopping more water getting in. The proper repair can wait a few days. The water can't.
