Tile and Colorbond, from a clean to a full restoration. Everything below is work I do myself.
The full job on a tired roof. Everything loose comes up and goes back properly before a drop of colour goes on.
Cleaned back and coated in the colour you pick, with the gutters, fascia and downpipes done to match.
Metal is a different job to tile. Different prep, different product, and rust dealt with before anything goes over it.
Moss and lichen treated at the root, not just blasted off so it can grow straight back.
The ridge capping is what fails first on a tile roof, and it's what lets the water in.
Cracked, slipped and broken tiles matched to what's already up there, so a repair doesn't end up looking like one.
Most of the leaks we get called out to start at a blocked gutter, not at a broken tile.
Swept and checked before the cold sets in, and worth doing in the same visit if we're already on the roof.
Cannot remember when I last employed a tradesman so committed to perfection. His pride in his work shows. Cannot recomend him enough.
